Chili Garlic Sauce

Túong Ot Tói Vietnam (Aka Rooster Sauce)

Not actually designed to be a salsa, but works really well for the adventuresome.

Bright red chili with obvious chili seeds. Very salty and spicy. Vinegar is a primary flavor and garlic is third after the chili.

Not for the faint of heart. You can feel the heat in your stomach after a few bites.

If it wasn't so salty that it seems unhealthy, it would merit a higher rating.
